Helpdesk als 3rd-party-apps

  • Ab sofort steht euch hier im Forum die neue Add-on Verwaltung zur Verfügung – eine zentrale Plattform für alles rund um Erweiterungen und Add-ons für den DSM.

    Damit haben wir einen Ort, an dem Lösungen von Nutzern mit der Community geteilt werden können. Über die Team Funktion können Projekte auch gemeinsam gepflegt werden.

Manchmal braucht man Hilfe. Die bekommt man oft im Web. Dafür gibt es jetzt eine fantastische :D 3rd-party-app-solution:

(1) Dafür brauchen wir wie immer eine Datei /usr/syno/synoman/webman/3rdparty/helpdesk/appication.cfg mit folgendem Inhalt:

(3) refreshen des Disk Station Managers und probieren.

Ach ja, wer noch weitere schöne Seiten kennt, die man sich einbauen könnte, der kann sie ja hier posten. Ich glaube, das Einbauen kann dann jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.;)

Den Link zur deutschen Support-Seite kann man sich allerdings sparen, da steht doch eh nix...

Die beiden Links auf selflinux.org sind identisch - da wolltest Du sicher was anderes schreiben!?!

ähm ... kommt man von der deutschen Support-Seite nicht genau dahin? ;)

das mit dem Link ... ich hatte es hier geändert, aber in meiner originalen Datei vergessen ... werde wohl alt. Das heißt, ich brauche dringend ein einfaches Versions-Kontroll-System oder sowas ähnliches. Kennt jemand da was?
 
Ja klar kommt man da hin. Aber wozu der Umweg? Weitere Informationen findet man auf der deutschen Support-Seite doch eh nicht...

Falls Du es doch lassen möchtest, bei "Deutsches Synology Support Page" ist ein 's' zu viel. ;)

Ja Trolli, da hast recht. Ich hab alle deutschen Synology-Seiten heraus genommen, bis auf das Forum hier und das deutsche Wiki.

Ich hoffe, dass auch keine gravierenden Fehler wieder dazu gekommen sind.

Ich bin zwar noch neu hier im Forum, aber Du hast in deiner helpdesk.html einen kleinen Fehler drinn (Du schreibst folgendes) :

Der Link müsste aber so definiert sein weil sonst ein Fehler (Site not found) kommt :

Und hier so denke ich mir hätte ich noch einen Erweiterungslink für den Helpdesk

Hi dfederer,

schau mal auf das Datum der Veröffentlichung ... mittlerweile sind so manche Seiten umgezogen. Aber ich denke, dass das ja kein Problem ist, weil man sich das ja schnell anpassen kann. Trotzdem danke, dass du die Korrektur hier gepostet hast.

Da es mittlerweile ja auch offizieller Seits eine Verlinkungsmöglichkeit für Hilfeseiten gibt, wäre es sinnvoll, dass mit einem spk-Paket zu lösen. Wer sich also berufen fühlt, kann das ja mal in Angriff nehmen. ;)

Diese Helpdeskgeschichte hier ist schon sehr alt und wird nicht mehr von mir weiter gepflegt. Schau dir mal die Link-Seiten in meinem AdminTool an, da findest diese Links wieder.
