Since my german is not so good (i do understand it, if someone will answer in german) im writing in english and i hope someone can help me
I own a DS1812+ now for about a month.
I have a huge collection of astronomical images which are in astronomical FITS format.
I'm programing a script in python to collect image information from FITS header and store that information in a mysql database, but to reed fits images with python i need numpy/scipy (http://scipy.org/Download) and pyfits (http://www.stsci.edu/institute/software_hardware/pyfits) python libraries.
The instalation of libraries in python is usualy simple just executing > python setup.py install, but I'm having difficulties instaling numpy since it requires g77 or f77 and gcc compilers which are not found. Bellow is the error msg i get after trying to install numpy library
Is there a way to install these libraries on Synology?
I appreciate your help with my problem it would realy help me get my data into a database.
