DDNS Updater DSM 4.3 Released

Hi,
It appears Synology DSM 4.3 has justed been released. Are there any issues running DDNS Updater on this new software level.

Also if I have two different domains at NameCheap can I create to different entries two update them.

Hi,

I updated my DS213 to DSM4.3 yesterday. But now DDNS Updater does not start. It only pops up an empty window with message: 403 Forbidden.
Please help.

Are you using an older version of DDNSupdater?
AFAIK, the most recent version worked with DSM 4.3 beta (and there are no signs yet that this changed with the final). However, as Synology changed authentication to something more secure, you will have to disable the new feature called "protection against cross-site request forgery attacks" (last point in the 4.3 changelog). This can be done in the user's settings.

BTW: The background process should be running anyway. Only the GUI is not accessible.

Ok, after a look into the 4.3 beta thread I found a workaround to disable the protection against Cross-Site-Request-Forgery in the secutity settings of the DSM settings.
Now DDNS Updater is working.
