+-Serie DS412+ Festplatten nicht n Ruhezustand - Warnings in log

Hallo zusammen,

bei meiner DS (2 Platten eingebaut WD Red 3TB) leuchten immer die LEDs für Status Disk 1 und Disk 2 permanent grün und die Power permanent blau. Es läuft Medienserver, Videoserver und tvheadend.
Nach den Infos im Wiki habe ich mal die /var/log/messages Datei angeschaut. Darin taucht folgende Passage permanent auf, was ist das für ein Problem?

Ich habe das gleiche Problem mit der DS412+. Siehe Auszug weiter unten...
Sämtliche Programme gestoppt und mit Putty diesen Auszug erstellt (naja, kamen ein paar 1000 Seiten raus lach). Akutelle Firmware.

Da Sie Third Party Pakete installiert haben, können wir das von Ihnen beschriebene Verhalten nicht rekonstruieren. Wir bitten Sie daher das System neu zu installieren und ohne Third Party Applikationen den Ruhezustand zu testen.

Hatte dazu aber leider noch keine Zeit.
Melde mich hier wieder, wenn ich es probiert habe.

Synology hat geantwortet, jedoch konnten sie mir nicht wirklich helfen.
Nach längerem Googlen habe ich festgestellt, dass 3rd Party Software eine log Datei ständig schreibt und somit den Ruhestand verhindert.
Ich habe dann in den Programmen angegeben das die log Datei auf den usbstick gespeichert wird, Und siehe da, die Festplatten gehen in den Ruhezustand

Ich bin minimal weiter gekommen. Dank dem tvheadend Support konnte ich die Logs des Sundtek DVD-C Sticks identifizieren und abschalten, so dass die Datei /var/log/mediasrv.log nicht mehr permanent beschrieben wird. Allerdings ändert das noch immer nichts an der /var/log/messages Datei. Habe die DS412+ mal neu gebootet, jetzt steht das drin (mit syno_hibernate_debug_tool --enable 10):
