+-Serie DS213+ hdd crash nach deep-sleep

hallo

ich habe eine ds213+ mit zwei identischen 4GB HDD
es passiert immer wieder das die DS nach deep-sleep aufwacht und dann die HDD in Slot2 nicht ansprechen kann
das passiert aber immer nur im Slot2. wenn ich die beiden HDD untereinander tausche dann hat die andere HDD das problem mit Slot2
somit kann es nicht an der HDD liegen

ich habe auch schon eine HDD auf garantie augetauscht, jedoch war das gleiche problem sofort wieder vorhanden
diese fehler verursachen sogar auf der HDD S.M.A.R.T Einträge -> End to End Error Detection und Interface CRC Error
somit werden meinen HDD auch noch in mitleidenschaft gezoegen



wer von euch kennt dieses problem , und welche abhilfen gibt es

Wieso tauscht du überhaupt die HDD, wenn der Fehler nicht mitwandert? Sieht eher so aus als wäre die Hardware der DS defekt, z. B. ein Wackelkontakt im Stecker, etc. Um einen Software-Fehler auszuschließen kannst du ja mal einen doppelten Reset versuchen. Ansonsten müsste das Gerät wohl getauscht werden... IMHO. Steht auch so in den Smart-Werten, siehe Interface Error Count.

BTW: Es könnte auch ein Bug in der HDD-Firmware sein, du kannst sie ja mal updaten und schaun ob der Fehler dann weg ist. Falls es eine neue Firmware dafür gibt.
