leider gibt es unzählige Threads in denen von Gigabit-Lan Problemen berichtet wird aber keinen der wohl meine Konfig wiederspiegelt.

1x DS107+ (DSM 2.3-1157) mit neuer Festplatte Samsung F2 (HD154UI) (gestern verbaut)
1x PC mit IntelQuadCore, 4GigRam, Gigabit-LanOnboard (JumboFrames 9k möglich) NIC-Treiber sind aktuell von 2010
1x Netgear WNR3500L Router mit 5xGigabit-Lan Ports WNR3500L bei Netgear.de
..leider bekomme ich nicht die gewünschten Gigabit Übertragungsraten.
Bei default-Einstellung(Jumbo aus) pendeln die Übertragungsraten bei 100mbit(aktuell 8,32mb/s) beim Windows-Kopiervorgang und via FTP Übertragung bei ca. 12-14mb/s.
Auf der DS Jumbo Frames 9k aktiviert - PC nicht, bekomme dann nur 5-6mb/s. Bei Ftp immerhin ~15mb/s
Stelle ich nun beim PC Jumboframes auf 9k, also DS9k und PC9k, hab ich maximal 9mb/s via FTP und bekomme keine Windows-Netzlaufwerk Verbindung hin(!)
Getestet habe ich mit 2 verschiedenen Kabeln, direkte Verbindung PC-DS, deaktiviertem Firewall,Qos,Virenscanner.
Was mir komisch vorkommt sind diese 12-14mb/s Übertragungsraten, sieht nicht aus wie 100mbit! Müsste ja schon im Gb-Lan-Bereich sein also blockiert da irgendwas anderes. Unter Windows7 habe ich schon von dem "Bandbreiten-Limitierer" gelesen und per Registry dort den Wert erhöht Bzw. diese Art von "Service" ausgehebelt.<Finde den Link grad nicht, war etwas offizielles von Microsoft>
Was mir jetzt Raten von 14-22mb/s eingebracht hat, sind diese Einstellungen:
Disable Windows Scaling heuristics
Windows Vista/7 has the ability to automatically change its own TCP Window auto-tuning behavior to a more conservative state regardless of any user settings. It is possible for Windows to override the autotuninlevel even after an user sets their custom TCP auto-tuning level. When that behavior occurs, the "netsh int tcp show global" command displays the following message:
** The above autotuninglevel setting is the result of Windows Scaling heuristics
overriding any local/policy configuration on at least one profile.
To prevent that behavior and enforce any user-set TCP Window auto-tunning level, you should execute the following command:
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
possible settings are: disabled,enabled,default (sets to the Windows default state)
recommended: disabled (to retain user-set auto-tuning level)
Note this should be executed in elevated command prompt (with admin priviledges) before setting the autotuninlevel in next section. If the command is accepted by the OS you will see an "Ok." on a new line.
The corresponding Registry value (not necessary to edit if setting via netsh) is located in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Tcpip\Parameters
EnableWsd=0 (default: 1, recommended: 0)
Eventuell hat ja einer von euch noch Tipps wie ich mehr rausbekomme.
