Hallo zusammen,
irgendetwas läuft auf meiner DiskStation, das bewirkt, dass die Festplatten dauerhaft arbeiten und nicht zur Ruhe kommen. Ich verwende DSM 5.0-4493.

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe übrigens die Ursache des Problems gefunden... Die freigegebenen Ordner waren zur Indizierung ausgewählt. Nachdem ich das deaktiviert habe, ist Ruhe.
 
Nach 8 Monaten Indizierung hätte ich auch keine Lust mehr gehabt, auf die Fertigstellung zu warten :)
 
Kann mir bitte jemand sagen, wo man die Indizierung der freigegebenen Ordner abwählen kann?
Meine DS rödelt derart, dass ich sehr lange warten muss, bis ich überhaupt auf die DS zugreifen kann.
Zudem steht die Auslastung der Festplatten bei mir im Ressourcenmonitor immer bei nahezu 100% (sowohl bei Datenträger, als auch bei Volume/iSCSI), obwohl ich schon alle Paketdienste ausgeschaltet wurden.
Ich kann mir da keinen Reim draus machen.

Edit: Bei Volume/iSCSI liegt es wohl an der Cloud Station, die hatte ich noch laufen. Das hatte aber an der Gesamtperformance keinen Einfluss.

Ich habe die Indizierung abgeschaltet. Jetzt ist erst´mal Ruhe.
 
Hallo,
ich hatte mal ein Problem mit einer Version der Surveillance Station, die ständigen Festplattenzugriff verursacht hatte, obwohl keine Kameras zur Aufnahme programmiert waren !
Abhilfe schaffte nur die Deinstallation und die Installation einer älteren Version !
Daher mein Tip: im Paketzentrum nacheinander alle Pakete stoppen und hoffen, dass sich so das Problem eingränzen lässt !
