aria2 - 1.4.1-1 - A utility for downloading files. The supported protocols are HTTP(S), FTP, BitTorrent (DHT, PEX, MSE/PE), and Metalink.

ist per IPKG installierbar.

Kann das jemand mal testen zusammen mit FlashGot ???

Does FlashGot support xmlrpc to connect aria2 running as a daemon?

Although the supported method starts aria2 in daemon mode (-d command line parameter), I think FF+Flashgot must be run on the same host as aria2.

The xml-rpc connection with aria2 can be used by eatmonkey and aria2web.
With xml-rpc one can have aria2 in daemon mode on one host, and gui on another host.

I'm not a php programmer, but I needed to modify a couple of lines in arai2web code to make it show active downloads on when aria2/aria2web are run on synology. May be someone more experienced in php can look into my modificatios (the modified actions.php is here http://www.zyxmon.org/tmp/actions.php.gz ).
