j-Serie DS215J Volmen crashed!?!

Hallo zusammen

Bei meiner DS215J ist heute zweimal das Volumen abgestürzt.
Aufbau der DS:
VOL1 Video Daten
VOL 2 TimeMachine

Seit ca dem 5. konnten keine Backups mehr auf der DS gemacht werden

Time Machine konnte das Backup auf „DS215j“ nicht abschließen.
Das Backup-Volume ist nicht verfügbar. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Backup-Volume angeschlossen ist oder wählen Sie ein anderes Backup-Volume aus.

ich habe mir da nicht viel gedacht und das ignoriert, da es nicht das einzige Backup Laufwerk ist, und wollte mich später darum kümmern wen ich Zeit habe.

Fehler konnte durch eine Reboot behoben werden.

Vorhin hatte ich noch den Fehler das die Systempartition nicht erstellt werden kann?!? Reparatur und Reboot und der Fehler war weg.
Die S.M.A.R.T Werte: Sehen eigentlich gut aus?!?

Stirbt mir da die eine Platte?

Welche Ursachen könnte sonnst ein Volumen Crash haben, und diese Meldungen:

Danke dem bin ich mir bewusst, nur würde man dies auch in den S.M.A.R.T Werten sehen. Bei einem Fabrikation, Firmware Fehler O.ä

Wie kann ich die HDD Rausnehmen ohne sie zu Formatieren?
oder kann ich DAS DSM einfach neu Installieren und die Settings wieder einspielen?

Da Die DS Nicht antwortet und ich SSH nicht aktiviert habe werde ich sie einmal Manuell ausschalten

jedoch hat das ganze einen Schönheitsfehler:

Ja Benjamin habe ich auch festgestellt, ABER nur in Zusammenhang mit meiner USV Anlage.

Meine DS ist nicht Aktiv an einer USV sie ist wohl mit einer USV verbunden ( Strom) jedoch nicht mit dem USB Kabel, macht so natürlich wenig sinn, eigentlich wollte ich schon lange auf meiner grossen DS einen USV Server einrichten der dann einen Shutdown Befehl an die kleinen gibt, jedoch kam ich noch nicht dazu.
auf der DS 1813+ mit DX-513 habe ich keine Probleme mit der USV.

Wie kann ich da eine HDD raus nehmen ohne dies zu Formatieren?

So ich habe jetzt einmal den USV Server Aktiviert
und die Ruhezustand der HDD's angepasst wie er auch bei der DS 1813+ ist: 1H ohne tief Standby
