Volume Crashed - Festplatten OK - Stromausfall bei Erweiterung vom Volume

Hallo in die Runde,
ich hab das Problem, das bei der Erweiterung von meinen größeren Volume sich das Gerät kurzzeitig verabschiedet hat. Ich sehe den Fehler aktuell nicht bzw. weiß nicht wo der Fehler liegen könnte.

Es handelt sich um md2/vg1000.
