Probably this is more of an iOS problem...
Does anybody of you face the same problem or found a solution for this inappropriate behaviour on iOS side?
I have the following situation:
If I create an event inside the Synology Calendar App
If I create an event inside the Calendar macOS (MBP)
If I create an event inside the Calendar iOS (iPhone)
My settings are:

If I create an event inside the Synology Calendar App
- it appears in Calendar macOS (MBP)
- it appears in Calendar iOS (iPhone)
- changes appear in Calendar macOS (MBP) - but only after refreshing
- changes NOT appear in Calendar iOS (iPhone) - only after going in edit mode inside the event trying to change something
- it delete in Calendar macOS (MBP) - but only after refreshing
- delete NOT appear in Calendar iOS (iPhone) - only after going in edit mode inside the event trying to change something
If I create an event inside the Calendar macOS (MBP)
- it appears in Synology Calendar App
- it appears in Calendar iOS (iPhone), but it seems to take long time
- it appears in Synology Calendar App
- changes NOT appear in Calendar iOS (iPhone) - only after going in edit mode inside the event trying to change something
