Java FTPS Connection: User access denied

I'm currently working on a java application which should access an synology-nas through ftps.
But somehow I always get the error-message "530 User <myUser> access denied" and I can't figure out what is the problem there.
Even with filezilla or cyberduck I can't connect and in the logs of synology are no log-entries written of my connection-trys.

- Working with the "org.apache.commons.net.ftp"-libary.
- User credentials are correct
- Access with SFTP is working without problems.

You can find my java-code and synology-ftp-settings in the attachment (Had to censor some parts).
Does someone have a hint whats the problem there?

You have to edit your user.
Control Panel - User - mark your user - Edit - Applications - FTP

The change in the user-settings solved the problem as seen in the attachment.
