DS 209+II LAN nur 100 Mbit statt Gbit

Hallo,

Meine DS209+II ( DSM4.0-2198) bekommt keine Gbit Verbindung zustande.

Kabel ( ein CAT 6 SSTP ), Switch usw. kann ich ausschließen! Die DS bekommt, egal wo ich sie anschließe, immer nur 100 MBit.
Egal, ob direkt am Router (FritzBox 7580), direkt am GB-Port eines Rechners oder auch am Kabel, an dem eine andere DS eine Gbit Verbindung bekommt.

Kann es sein, dass die DS HW-seitig ne "Macke" hat, dass es nicht mehr schneller geht?
Ich habe auch verschiedene DSM Versionen versucht, ohne Erfolg.

Hat noch irgendjemand eine Idee, oder kann ich die Kiste in die Tonne werfen?
