Surveillance Station Cannot install SSObject3

Hallo,
In spite of the fact that I give the permission to install SSObject3, this does not seem to happen and I get the message each time I run the Surveillance Station.
What could be the problem?

WIN7 Ultimate 64

I should have added that I am running WIN 7 Ultimate 64. The installation of SSObject3 is possible under the 32 bits version of IE9 but the Surveillance Station does not allow proper installation of the Motion detection parameters. SSObject3 is simply not installed under the 64 bits version of IE, in spite the fact that I have disabled all ActiveX protections in Tools.
