Absturz Word beim sichern auf Server

Hallo,

ich habe einen DS 212; MAC Rechner (Sierra) Microsoft 2016. DSM 6.02

Wenn ich Word vom Server öffne und dann wieder mit Veränderungen auf den Server speichern will stürzt Word ab ebenso der Finder. Das bei allen Rechnern.

Hat jemand einen Rat?

Einige Angaben zu verwendeten Datei Zugriffsprotokollen wie SMB etc wäre schon hilfreich.
Ich nehme auch an du startest Word auf dem MAC und greifst nur auf Dateien zu,, die in der DS liegen. Schreiben tust du was anderes.
Etwas mehr Genauigkeit in allen Beschreibungen und dem Umfeld sind schon erforderlich, oder wie siehst du das?

OK,

Datei befindet sich auf dem DS 212. Starte Word auf MAC und öffne die Worddatei auf dem DS 212. Das Öffnen dauert schon mal lange, manchmal geht gar nichts. Wenn Datei geöffnet ist und ich wieder Datei mit Command S speichere wars das... Word Absturz (hängt); und auch der Finder.
Reichen die Infos?

was für ein Dateisystem nutzt du auf der DS? SMB, AFP, irgendwas musst du ja eingestellt haben......oder gar nichts, das wäre das Problem.

stell mal dein Dateisystem von AFP um auf SMB, AFP dann deaktivieren.
Ich bin nicht der MAC Fachmann, hatte aber auch massive Probleme mit MACs im Lan. Erste Hilfe war da schon mal das updaten der Fw des MAC auf die aktuelle Sierra Version.

Ich als Mac-User verwende auch nur mehr SMB und verfahre damit ganz gut und erfolgreich in Kombination mit Microsoft Office.
