DSM 7.3 Update von 7.2.1 auf 7.3 auf welchem Weg?
The script works in DSM 7.3. I only had to update the readme page. When you update to DSM 7.3 it insists that you uninstall Video Station first (make sure you DON'T tick the option to also delate all data). Then update to DSM 7.3 and finally run the videostation_for_722.sh script.- DaveR

DiskStation DS925+ /+ Festplatten
As long as the DS has Internet access, or you have download the DSM 7.3 pat file, the DS will install DSM on 3rd party drives.- DaveR

Hyper Backup geht auf ältere HP-Version nicht -.- Was nun?
HyperBackup 4.1.2-4039 on my DS1821+ with DSM 7.2.2 backups every day to my old DS1812+ with HyperBackup Vault 2.2.9-1521 But I do remember that Full System HyperBackups don't work to HyperBackup Vault 2.2.9-1521.- DaveR

Synology have said the solution is to either: Uninstall Replication Service 1.3.0-0503 then install Replication Service 1.3.0-0424 or upgrade to DSM 7.3 I suspect Replication Service 1.3.0-0503 is only compatible with DSM 7.3 but Synology screwed up the package's INFO file causing it to...- DaveR

LED brightness control will work in the following models, because they already had "command_type=SMBUS" in led_brightness.xml in DSM 7.2. DS124 DS223 DS223j DS224+ DS423+ DS423 DS723+ DS923+ DS1522+ DS1823xs+ It should also work in the 2025 models. I suspect it's only older models that would...- DaveR

Paket Probleme nach Update auf DSM 7.3
I wait for other people to update and find the bugs. My main Synology NAS is still on 7.2.2 Update 1:) My DS925+ is still on 7.2.2 Update 3. I can't remember what version is on my DS720+ because I haven't powered it on since I moved 6 months ago.- DaveR

I've been refreshing https://archive.synology.com/download/Os/DSM every hour hoping to see DSM 7.3 :) The only constraint from Synology was tell the public we want our customers back. -

The "In the meantime..." in the press release leaked to SpaceRex sounds like it is a temporary backtrack, until 3rd party drives have been verified (and DSM 7.3.1 or DSM 8 are released).
