Damit haben wir einen Ort, an dem Lösungen von Nutzern mit der Community geteilt werden können. Über die Team Funktion können Projekte auch gemeinsam gepflegt werden.

Could you please deinstall + remove data, then install again as "Other CardDAV server" with URL="'https://localhost/owncloud/remote.php/carddav/addressbooks/%u/contacts" (without quotes). Maybe the addressbook does show up automagically now (i.e. without having to add it in Settings) ? /Erik -

Maybe this second system had some CardDAV tables in the Roundcube database already, from your previous attempts with Christian Putzke's plugin? Deinstall removed those tables (assuming you have chosen for that), so subsequent Install succeeded. Unfortunately, Package Center keeps the package in... -

In Roundcube, you should be able to go directly to Addressbook and see the CardDAV book. No need to go to Settings first. So I thought maybe you needed to change something for ownCloud, appearently not :) /Erik -

I made an install package for the RoundCubeMail CardDAV plugin of Benjamin "blind-coder" Schieder. No manual file edits, no database commands, just install and run. Currently in BETA, see CardDAV for Synology Mail Station for the SPK file and some more info. You can give it a try if you want... -

Database change in Roundcube 1.0 ? Just a random idea: Maybe with Roundcube 1.0 the database has been changed, e.g. to MySQL.MariaDB ? Then you would need to create the tables there, instead of in pgsql. /Erik -

The package is architecture independant, should work on any Syno. Did you download the "baikal-0.2.7-002.spk" file indeed? (not the sources) Note that since DSM 5.1, Synology has it's own CardDAV server package. Maybe you'd better start with that one. /Erik -

Hello Alez, As described in the manual, you should backup the "Specific" folder (containing your config details) even when using MariaDB. No need to backup the "baikal" symbolic link. /Erik -

If this Mac is in your local network, you don't have to do anything with your router. When you enabled WebStation, a firewall rule was (offered to be added) to your DSM. Check if your Mac can access baikal, by opening http://<yoursyno>/baikal, you should get a simple page stating "Baïkal is... -

I would recommend starting from scratch: - remove Baikal package - manually remove baikal database and user from database, using phpMyAdmin Before re-installing, check [DSM Start] -> MariaDB, maybe a (MySQL) conversion from DSM 4.3 is needed. /Erik
