Problem POP3
Very strange indeed :eek: Fetchmail uses this: Folder: /volume1/@appstore/MailStation/roundcubemail/ext/ File(s): <username>_fetch So different file per user. Not sure if same info is also stored somewhere else. BR, Erik -

For your information, by coincidence I found this: After I de-installed Mail Server and Mail Station, I rebooted my Syno. 15 minutes later the "synoarchiveupgrade" was ready and "/tmp/do_file_archive_upgrade.chk" automatically removed. Time Backup can go back 1 year (or 6 or 3 months if you reduce that). Meaning: older data will be removed. If you make multiple backups per day (e.g. hourly), after 1 day only 1 will remain (the other e.g. 23 will be removed). BR, Erik- Basalt

If you reduce this requirement, you can use your DS just to fetch mails from your external mail servers and make them locally available via IMAP. When you configure MailStation to leave the mails on the server, you can read them with your smartphone as well. But deleting them is a little risky... -
