DS218+: Speicherpoolverschlechterung. bei HDD swap wechselet nicht (!) die fehlerhafte HDD mit -> DS defekt?

Also, ich habe eine DS218+ mit 2x "Western Digital Ultrastar DC HC510 10TB".
Nun hatte ich vor 3 Tagen die Fehlermeldung, das sich der Speicherpool verschlechtert hätte. Erklärung laut DSM: die HDD in Slot-1 war nicht ansprechbar, auch wenn sie sich dreht.
NAS ausgemacht, die beiden HDD's gezogen, alles von Staub befreit, die HDDs wieder in die gleichen Slots geschoben. Angeschaltet.
Der NAS und beide HDDs liefen. Die anschließend mögliche Poolreparatur hat dann 15 Std. gedauert.
Leider habe ich dann nicht die SMART Werte ausgelesen.
Heute den NAS angemacht, wieder die Fehlermeldung das sich der Speicherpool verschlechtert hat.
Die HDD im Slot-1 ist wieder nicht ansprechbar, auch wenn sie sich dreht.

Nun das Interessante: Ich habe jetzt die Slot-1HDD in den Slot 2 geschoben und umgekehrt.
Nach Neustart wird aber weiterhin der Slot1 ( der mit der HDD aus Slot-2) als fehlerhaft angezeigt.

Lässt das darauf schließen, das die 218+ defekt ist und die HDDs an sich i.O. sind? Sollte das nicht die Selbstdiagnose beim Systemstart abfangen?

Kann ich eigentlich in dem jetzigen Zustand der NAS mein Backup aktualisieren? Mein letztes BU ist 3 Wochen her. Das Delta dürfte aber nicht sooo groß sein...

1. erstmal die Smart werte auslesen . und schauen wie es den platten geht
2. Ja es kann sein es auch am Slot liegt . Ne selbstdiagnose gibts da im dem Sinne nicht.
Seltsam ist der Fehler schon .


3. Backup kannst du machen , Raid ist ja noch lesbar . Daher ist jetzt ne Sicherung zu machen wenn du nur selten das Backup machst nun definitv angeraten.

also die Platte 1 scheint nicht mehr so 100% zu sein, Zeile 199 mit 102 sollte nicht sein denke ich
auch werden bei Platte 1 Fehler gemeldet auch wenn etwas cryptisch mitgeteilt

Und ja, Fehler können auch von dem Steckplatz kommen, ich hatte so was bei einer 416slim, dort war etwas nicht richtig gelötet und es gab Wackel

was mich leicht wundert: die vielen Power Off Retract, 1868?
