I'm not sure if ipkg is the problem. I can run perl from the shell and it picks the ipkg one, but ddns seems not to want to use it. I was originally on 4.x, installed the 5.0 beta, then the 5.0 release. When I moved to 5.0 beta, ddns quit working. Since it was all beta, I let it go until 5.0...

Since the update to DSM 5.0, I have been unable to get DDNS Updater to use IPKG Perl at all, so I can't use SSL. It worked fine in 4.x. If I don't install Synology Perl, DDNS Updater won't work at all.
