Update nicht möglich, da Systempartition voll

Ich bin in das VolumeUSB1 gewechselt und habe dort Duplicati-Dateien gefunden, die ich mit rm gelöscht habe. Jetzt ist das md0-Laufwerk (?) zu 48% frei und die Installation von HyperBackup funktioniert auch wieder. Das volumeUSB1 finde ich nicht mehr, aber das wird hoffentlich wieder auftauchen ;-)

Ich hatte auch das Problem, dass der Update nicht mehr ging.
Grund /root/.vscode-server war mit fast 300 MB versteckt angelegt.
Also auch nach versteckten Ordnern ausschau halten.

Ich habe natürlich auch ein ähnliches Problem, nur, bei mir ist der /usr/ Ordner, besonders /usr/syno voll, da kann ich ja nicht einfach was löschen...

Immer der dicksten Spur nach /usr/syno/etc/packages. Ist bei mir nur 14M groß.
/usr/syno/synoman dürfte mit 210 noch im normalen Bereich liegen.

Also die tmps machen das wohl aus. Die sind ja nun im Bereich von MB, nicht kB. Die Frage, die du stellen solltest ist: woher kommen die Files?
Die Antwort lautet wohl: Mailplus-Server. Ob das normal ist, kann ich nicht sagen. Scheint aber das Verzeichnis reichlich vollzumüllen.

Ja, das hab ich nicht so gescheit ausgedrückt. Ich meinte, in /etc und /packages/ selber sind nur kleine Dateien, der große Fisch ist der MailServer.

Genau. Da würde ich erst mal in der Mailplus Server Gui nachsehen (setze nur den normalen Mail Server hier ein) ob es im Bereich anti-spam etc Bereinigung oder ähnliches gibt. Scheint im Zusammenhang mit der redis Datenbank vom Spam-daemon zu sein.
Oder mal die Funktion vorübergehend deaktivieren.
Edit:
Eventuell ist ja auch irgendwo eine Archiv/Logging Funktion oder ähnlich die man bearbeiten kann.
Erst wenn das nichts fruchtet und du ein Backup hast würde ich die temp Dateien auf die am längsten nicht mehr zugegriffen würde von Hand zu löschen.

Ich kann zur Konfiguration des Mailplus-Servers nichts beisteuern. Scheint mir aber nicht normal zu sein, was da passiert.

Danke für eure Hilfe! Im MailPlus Server gibt es zwar die Möglichkeit die Spam Erkennung abzuschalten, aber ich fürchte ein wenig um meine mühsam erlernten SPAM Regeln. Das war ein K(r)ampf über mehrere Jahre.
Alternative: kann man denn die Systempartition nicht vergrößern? Scheint ja ehr knapp gehalten zu sein wenn ein paar hundert Megabyte das Ganze außer Balance bringen...?

Edit sagt ich soll mich nicht so anstellen und die Files verschieben (! - nicht löschen!). Gesagt getan, explodiert ist er nicht, aber der MailServer hat erstmal eine ziemlich lange Bedenkpause eingelegt ob er das gut findet. Mails sind aber alle da, spamd scheint nicht ultra angefressen zu sein...

Hallo zusammen,
hab nun zum zweiten mal dieses Problem. Hab mich im www umgesehen und leider keine Lösung gefunden. Bei mir ist der Speicher auch voll, was dazu führt, dass ich weder Backups (Hyperbackup) noch updates machen kann. Da ich ein HDD-Austausch machen möchte, würde ich die DS neu aufsetzten. Leider habe ich bemerkt, dass meine Backups nun doch schon fast 3 Wochen alt sind. Somit würde ich den Speicher wenigsten so bereinigen, dass ich nochmals ein Backup machen kann vor dem neuen aufsetzen. Ergänzend wäre noch, dass ich mit einer USB-HDD auch ein Backup versucht habe, dass aber nach dem Initial-Backup nie wieder funktioniert hat. Vielleicht liegt auch hier der Fehler!

Bin auch über SSH auf die DS drauf und so sieht das aus:

Ich sehe da im Moment kein Unterverzeichnis, welches den Speicherplatz von 825MB (1100MB - 275MB) belegt.
Daher vermute ich mal, dass es eine Datei direkt im Verzeichnis /var/lib ist.

Probiere mal:
