If your issue is DS415+ is no longer shown at network in your PC, I'm afraid we don't fully support showing our DiskStation under windows network place so it may not discovery DS. In some case, DS can open Local Master Browser and it will be shown under windows network place but not always workable. This depends on which machine now is LMB. If windows 7 is LMB, all linux may not show on LMB.

Enable Local Master Browser
When multiple Windows computers exist within the same subnet, they will negotiate and elect one computer as a "local master browser." The local master browser maintains lists of the other computers within the subnet and their shared resources, and shares these lists with the other computers. This option allows the DiskStation to assume the role of local master browser.
Note:
Enabling this function disables hard disk hibernation and activates the guest account without a password.
In short, currently we haven't fully support it and we can't guarantee your DS should be shown under windows network place. Sorry for this inconvenience.
If that's not the case, could you please kindly rephrase steps to reproduce your issue? That'll be great if you could send us screenshots of this issue.
