Wordpress Homepage nicht mehr aufrufbar

Hallo,

ich betreibe auf meinem NAS (DS119) eine Webseite mittels Wordpress. Ich habe das ganze vor ca. 3 Jahren eingerichtet und es lief problemlos. Jetzt habe ich bemerkt, dass die Seite über domain.de nicht mehr aufrufbar ist (Seitenladefehler). Ich habe es von extern über Firefox und Safari versucht.

Die Domainverwaltung läuft über Strato. Dynamic DNS ist aktiviert.
Der Extrene Strato-Zugriff auf der DS ist eingerichtet. Der Virtual Host ist ebenfalls eingerichtet.

Ich habe auf der DS alle Pakete ubgedatet. Das Wordpress-Paket läuft. Hier habe ich auch alles upgedatet.

Wenn ich im Heimnetz über IP/wordpress/wp-admin auf die Webseite zugreife und versuche zur Seite zu wechseln, dann bricht der Seitenaufruf ebenfalls mit Ladefehler ab. Ich kann mir im Dashboard auch keine Vorschau der einzelnen Seiten anzeigen lassen. Ich kann auch nicht die einzelnen Seiten im dashboard updaten. Fehlermeldung Updating failed.

Ich habe zudem versucht den Wartungsmodus anzeigen zu lassen. Über das installierte Plugin WP Maintenance Mode aktiviert. Aber auch hier kommt der Seitenladefehler.

Kennt jemand mögliche Ursachen an was das liegen könnte? Das wäre super. Danke im Voraus.

Ich hoffe ich muss die Seite nicht komplett neu aufbauen.

Ich habe versucht über updraft plus ein backup von 2018 wiederherzustellen.

Im Rahmen der Wiederherstellung kam u.a. Warnmeldung. Daher habe ich die Wiederherstellung nicht angestoßen.
