    When Synology added the option of using RAID Groups in xs, xs+ and enterprise models they removed the option of using SHR, SHR-2. My Synology_SHR_switch script allows you to easily switch between SHR and RAID Groups, or enable RAID-F1.

    Only DSM 6.2.4 is available for the DS1512+. With a Cedarview CPU and only 1, 2 or 3 GB or memory you won't get faster speeds even with a 2.5 GbE adaptor. The DS1522+ can do 5GbE.
