Unterschiedliche smtp-server mit einem Zarafa User

Hallo Leute,

ich hab folgende Frage bzw. Problem:

Ich hab bei 2 E-Mai-Proviedern eine E-Mail-Addresse. Diese möchte ich jetzt auf meiner DS 212j mit Zarafa verwalten.

Was ich jetzt schon hinbekommen habe ist, dass Zarafa die Mails via POP3 abholt.

Problem habe ich mit dem versenden:
Als ich nur einen smtp eingerichtet habe, hat der Versand funktioniert. Wenn ich das jetzt aber richtig verstehe, muss ich ja für jeden E-Mail-Account "den richtigen" smtp-server einstellen. Spricht wenn ich mit der Mailaddi test01freemail1.de was sende muss es über smtp.freemail1.de gehen und wenn ich als test02@freemail2.de sende muss es über smtp.freemail2.de gehen oder????
Gibt es jetzt eine Möglichkeit Zarafa so zu konfigurieren? Oder hab ich hier einen Denkfehler?
Ich habe testweise jetzt nämlich nach dieser Beschreibung unter postfix einfach einen zweiten smtp-server hinzugefügt. Leider scheint jetzt deshalb das Versenden gar nicht mehr zu funktionieren.

Wäre sehr nett wenn mit jemand auf die Sprünge helfen könnte und deshalb schon mal Danke.

Hallo Jdo2000,

danke für den Link. Leider hab ich es damit auch nicht hinbekommen. Ich habe auch noch diese Beschreibung gefunden und ich dachte die beschreibt genau was ich will. Aber irgendwie bekomm ich es auch damit nicht hin, dass noch Mails versendet werden sobalt ich in der main.cf nicht genau den Smarthost so definiere wie es in der Zarafa Beschreibung steht.
Irgendwie versteh ich nicht wie das alles zusammenhängt.
Ich habe mir das eigentlich so vorgestellt:
Ich gebe in der relayhost_map einfach alle meine E-Mail addis mit dem dazugehörendem SMTP server an.
Dann lege ich in der sasl_passwd für die einzelnen E-Mail-Adressen Username und Passwort für die SMTP-Server fest.
Dann logge ich mich im Webinterface von Zarafa mit meinem Testuser ein und hinterlege bei den Einstellungen die beiden E-Mail-Adressen. Wenn ich dann eine neue Mail schreibe und bei dem Feld "von" die Mailaddi 1 auwähle geht's über den SMTP1, wähle ich Mailaddi 2 beim Senden geht's über den SMTP2 usw.

Ich schreibe, das jetzt so ausführlich weil ich mir einfach nicht sicher bin ob das auf diesem Weg überhaupt funktioniert bzw. funktionieren kann.

Inzwischen würde es mich auch sehr interessieren wie Ihr das Problem gelöst habt die unterschiedlichen Mail addis zusammenführen und dann beim Antworten immer die "richtigen" Absendeadressen zu verwenden.

Bin für alle Tipps dankbar

Hallo Nochmal,

ich habe jetzt nochmal im Internet rumgestöbert und eigentlich gibt's da immer die gleichen Beschreibungen. Ich bin über den Forumsbeitrag "Mail-Versand über Relay klappt nicht" gestoßen. Hier beschreibt Frank70 auch mein Problem, dass

Bei der Domain handelt es sich aber um eine bei 1&1 gehosteten Domain. Mir scheint, dass die "Verknüpfung" zwischen der sender_relay und der saslpasswd nicht so recht will

Genau so scheint es bei mir auch zu sein, da meine Mails im Nirwana verschwinden weil der SMTP sie nicht annehmen will.
Leider wurde das Problem nicht gefunden, weil es dann am nächsten Tag funktioniert hat (wäre schön wenn es auch bei mir so klappen würde).

Bei mir kommt erschwerend hinzu, dass ich nicht ausschließen kann, dass ich mir irgenwie die main.cf "verkonfiguriert" habe. Leider hab ich es nicht geschafft dies wieder in den Ursprungszustand zu bringe. Egal ob ich zarafa deinstalliere usw. Mailserver aus und wieder einschalte usw. die Einträge in der main.cf bleiben.

Wie gesagt ich bin für jede Tipp dankbar. Wenn Ihr logs oder so braucht ich mach alles. Bin echt am Verzweifeln und glaub inzwischen ich bin der einzige mit 2 Freemail-Addis ist die er auch verwendet und der einfach immer mit der richtigen antworten will.

Mir ist auch noch was eingefallen:
Du hast doch aber auch zwei Zarafa User oder? Weil wenn du eine Mail beantwortest wird immer die für den Zarafa User angelegte Emailadresse als Absenderadresse gewählt.

Zum Testen habe ich erstmals nur einen User und versuche diesen zu überreden über den "sender_relay"-Weg etwas zu verschicken. Dachte mir solange das nicht funktioniert brauch ich gar nicht weitermachen.
Und zu deiner Frage hab ich gleich eine Gegenfrage: Bedeutet das, dass ich für jede E-Mail-Addi bzw. E-Mail-Account einen eigenen User anlegen muss? Würde ja dann bedeuten ich muss mich abhängig von der E-Mail-Adresse mit einem jeweiligem Benutzernamen am webaccess einloggen, oder?

Also, ich hatte da gestern mal zu recherchiert: Standardmäßig antwortet Zarafa immer mit der Standardemailadresse. Man kann wohl aber auch eine andere angeben - aber das ganze passiert nicht automatisch im Sinne von: E-Mail ist über Account A reingekommen und wird dann auch mit E-Mailadrrese Account A beantwortet. Näheres findest du dazu hier.

Alternativ kannst du natürlich auch immer mehrere Accounts anlegen.

Der Codeabschnitt bezieht sich auf GetMail nicht auf Postfix. Ich würde erstmal die Konfiguration wie aus dem Synology Wiki realisieren. Dann das System so konfigurieren das postfix loggt (steht u.a. in der Zarafa Anleitung). Dann verschick mal eine Mail und poste was in /var/log/messages steht.

Soweit ich das sehe kann ich mich nicht bei SMTP nicht authentifizieren. Ich hab aber keine Ahnung warum er mich "zurückweist"...

Ich werd nochmal alles überprüfen. Zumindest nimmt er einen smtp der in der sender_relay steht...

setzt und postfix neustartest, wird beim versenden von mails noch mehr mitgeloggt, evtl. geht da ja mehr draus hervor. Bitte säubere aber das log vorm posten von E-Mailadressen und Passwörtern.
Bitte poste auch mal deine main.cf und was du sonst noch so ausgeführt hast - postmap etc..

Im Log find ich diese Zeile "maps_find: smtp_sasl_passwd: [smtp.web.de]: not found" und ich glaube daran fehlt es. Es scheint so als würde er das Passwort "nicht finden" oder?

P.S.: Ich hoffe ich habe alle Passwörter und Echmailadressen erwischt. Den SMTP hab ich absichtlich stehen lassen.

postmap hast du für die saslpasswd und sender_relay jeweils ausgeführt? => sprich die .db Dateien existieren?

Hi,

ja postmap habe ich gemacht und die Dateien sind da.
Jetzt funktionieren Testmails teilweise. sprich es ist noch nicht wirklich stabil aber ein Anfang. Jetzt versuch ich mal einen 2ten User mit einem 2ten smtp anzulegen und mal zu schauen ob das auch funktioniert und wenn das funktioniert versuch ich das mit zwei unterschiedlichen E-Mail addis bei einem user...

Wenn ich das jetzt richtig verstehe schmeißt der smtp die Mail weg weil er den Empfänger nicht kennt ???

dein Postfix findet die Logindaten immer noch nicht. Und ohne Login verweigert der Server die Mail, weil sie nicht für ihn selber ist. Genaugenommen schmeisst der Server die Mail aber nicht weg, denn zum Zeitpunkt der Ablehnung, hat der Server noch keine einzige Zeile des Mailinhaltes bekommen. Was er nicht hat kann er nicht wegschmeissen ;-)
Rein von der Konfig her müsste Postfix die Logindaten eigentlich finden. Hast du auchmal anstelle von :submission :587 probiert? Nicht, dass auf der DS nur der Servicename submission nicht bekannt ist.

darf am anstelle von :submission oder :587 auch z.B. :465 schreiben? hab nämlich gerade mal nachgeschaut unter Thunderbird und da geht's anscheinend über diesen Port...

ne 465 ist für SMTP via implizites SSL ;-) Das wird heute bei Mailservern immer weniger verwendet und die DS unterstützt es glaub komplett ned. Mit wären keine grösseren Provider bekannt, die das noch anböten. Per default wird bei verschlüsseltem SMTP heute der normale SMTP Port verwendet, der auch für unverschlüsselte Verbindungen genutzt werden kann. Beim Verbindungsaufbau gibt dann den Client explizit an, dass er SSL will und der Server liefert es.

also bei dem einen User der via dem smtp von web.de sendet scheint es häufig zu funktionieren. Bei dem smtp von arcor scheint's Probleme zu geben. Komischerweise schauen die Logfiles total unterschiedlich aus:
