Hallo zusammen,

nach viel Information hier im Forum und wirklich guten Hinweisen und Anleitungen habe ich es leider nicht geschafft mein Problem zu beheben und hoffe hier noch ein paar weitere Hilfestellungen zu bekommen.

Ich selbst habe eine DS 413 und konnte eine weitere ergattern, welche mein Bruder bekommen soll und für mich als entferntes Backup eingerichtet werden sollte. In der Beschreibung stand, dass sie keine Updates mehr machen kann. Gut, so lange sie läuft ist das ja nicht das schlimmste. Da sie nun aber hier ist, hätte ich sie schon gerne voll funktionsfähig, was sich aber als schwieriger, als gedacht herausstellt.

Also, zum Problem:
Sie bootet, ich kann durch Änderung der "VERSION" verschiedene DSM Versionen einspielen. Sie fährt dann brav hoch und möchte installiert werden. Nach der Installation ist sie im Status "Migrierbar" und will neu installieren!? Und das ist das Problem.

Einiges habe ich bereits versucht leider ohne Erfolg.

Hier mal kurz das, was ich testen konnte:

1. Eine Festplatte in meiner funktionierenden DS 413 installiert und in die "defekte" DS eingeschoben. Anschließend lies sich das System sauber hoch fahren und hat sogar ein Update erfolgreich durchgeführt. Doch dann wollte sie nicht richtig runter fahren und die Neuinstallationsroutine begann von vorne.
2. Aus diesem Thread: http://www.synology-forum.de/showthread.html?67253-DS213-Stromausfall-bei-Firmware-Update/page2 habe ich das zImage und die rd.bin eingespielt. (Über USB TTL Adapter)
3. Aus diesem Thread: https://forum.synology.com/enu/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=84141&start=15#p405542 habe ich versucht die Firmware neu zu installieren, allerdings war ich mir bei den Adressen nicht ganz sicher. Auf jedenfall habe ich ein Vender.img erstellt und eingespielt. Die Folge hieraus war, dass die MAC-Adresse sich bei jedem booten geändert hat. Das konnte ich mittlerweile beheben, allerdings hat die DS413 nun keine Seriennummer mehr... ;-)
Für mich persönlich ist es nicht schlimm, auch wenn es unschön ist.
4. Sämtliche Variationen mit Festplatten habe ich ebenfalls durch, neu mit EXT4 formatiert, aus einer anderen DS (hier eine DS112j) alles endet immer mit dem selben Problem, Status: migrierbar.

Ich denke, dass die Firmware neu aufgespielt werden muss, also der Teil der nicht auf den Festplatten installiert wird. Ist das möglich? Kann mir beim Lösungsversuch "3." jemand helfen, welche Adressen bei einer DS413 zu verwenden sind? Im Thread aus Nr. 2 hatte ich den Eindruck, dass einige sehr fähige Leute hier unterwegs sind und sich auch mit meinem Modell gut auskennen.

Über jede Hilfe oder jeden Hinweis wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Interessant, denke ich, ist der nachfolgende Punkt:

Dieser kommt immer, obwohl ich ja gerade erste eine komplette Neuinstallation durchgeführt habe. Als ich eine Festplatte nutzte, welche ich vorher auf meiner funktionierenden DS installiert hatte, stand an dieser Stelle, dass keine Updates gefunden wurden. Ist es daher möglich, dass irgendwo im internen Speicher/Flash der defekten DS ein Rest eines Updates rumliegt, der mir diese Probleme verursacht?

Von meiner funktionierenden DS413 konnte ich Abbilder der Pfade /dev/mtd0 bis /dev/mtd5 erstellen. Wie kann ich diese Images nun auf der "defekten" DS413 einspielen? Vor allem mit welchen Speicheradressen?

Da ich mich in diesem Bereich nicht besonders gut auskenne noch eine Verständnisfrage: Gehe ich richtig in der Annahme, dass diese Images gleich zu setzen sind mit den Bestandteilen aus .pat File (also, z.B. zImage und rd.bin)?

Danke nochmals für jegliche Hilfe und wenn es auch nur darum geht, dass ich mal wieder etwas lernen kann.

Hallo zusammen,

kann mir wirklich niemand dabei helfen, die Firmware meiner DS413 neu zu flashen? Wie gesagt, ich habe eine funktionierende DS413 von der ich von den /dev/mtdX Partitionen Images erstellen kann. Wenn ich das richtig überblicke (ohne Garantie), dann bräuchte ich nur noch die Speicheradressen in die ich diese Images per TFTP hineinladen muss.
Stimmt das so, oder liege ich hiermit völlig daneben? Beschäftige mich leider nur gezwungenermaßen mit der ganzen Thematik. Obwohl ich sagen muss, dass das wirklich Spaß macht und sehr interessant ist!
